I firmly believe yoga is for EVERYbody. Through yoga we can find harmony with our body – as it is. I want to meet you where you are in your yoga journey. I love working with people with various movement abilities. My preferred approach is nourishing and adaptive, with a focus on alignment to maximize benefits.
Yoga Asanas (the poses) are just one of the eight limbs (parts) of yoga. I layer in the other roots of yoga to support your wellness in body, mind and spirit.
I am pleased to offer one-on-one and small group instruction in a private setting or at your home. Private yoga is a great for people looking to meet their individual needs with a personalized practice. Whether you’re new to yoga, have injuries or mobility concerns, or prefer not to practice in a group setting, private yoga may be just for you.
Hatha: Fridays 12-1pm
Relax and Restore: alternating Thursdays, 7-8pm (July 18, August 1, August 15, August 29)
Intro to Yoga Series: 4 consecutive Mondays beginning the first Monday of the month, 5:45-6:45pm. Next session begins on September 2.
